I ordered cold cold and paid 250/- for this cold coffee, when I received it, it was spoiled. So I called the restaurant number linked to Zomato’s page and the girl called Rachana Bangalore, Electronic City contacted me and told me a new person who joined did not follow the SOP for cold coffee and apologised and asked me not to complain on zomoto as she would lose her job and told me that my refund will be processed. I agreed. But my refund was not processed, so I called her back and she said call customer care, I was misguided and given a false promise by Rachana.
pls refund my money back.
