CHAAYOS! A new and amazing brand, which is gaining popularity not because of the sheer no.of outlets( like a coffee shop we all know! ), but the delicious flavours of tea, and yummy snacks it serves.
Visiting Chaayos sometine back, it really has the gravity in its amazing items, to pull you back to them. It generates this cravibg, to try out everything they have to offer. The last visit here was amazing, and so was this!
Waiting for a friend to accompany me, I enjoyed sipping the AAM PANNA ICED TEA, while indulging into a good game on my phone( ofcourse, using their free wifi! ) The iced tea was really refreshing and light, a perfect partner to any dish.
I tried their Loaded chicken cheese max on my last visit, it was phenomenal! The excitement in me craving for it again, was take over by the curiosity to try out their BUN OMLLETE, which sounded pretty plain. But, being a perfect example of Never order a dish, by its name, it stands tall, comparable to its counterpart in taste. What really amazes me it the simpliskty of this item. Soft buns, filled with an omllete, smooth as silk, topped with crunchy onions and a bit of their secret spice. Served along with their amazing mayo sauce, this will definately get you licking your fingers. A must try, if you are an egg lover like me!
If you are looking for something a bit healthy and tasty too, they have just the thing for you!
SPINACH CORN AND CHEESE SANDWCIH. Served in a fresh croissant bread, its a real healthy feast. Spinach, golden corn and melted cheese, what else do you need in your sandwich! So dont wait for your cheat day to have this!
I wouldnt stop babbling how yummy their PALAK PATTA CRISPIES and PANNER THEPLA TACOS was, and so we ended up ordering that, so my vegetarian friend could babble about it to some one else. The quality amd taste was just perfect, like the last time I had it. Crunchy palak patta, with some onions and jalepenos, spicy sev, and ofcourse their secret tamrind and honey based sauce takes all the credit.
The THEPLA TACOS was another Indian-Mexican awesome fusion. The authentic gujrati style theplas, filled with soft and smooth panner cubes and some masala, again served with the amazing mayo dip! Gujju lovers in the house will definately find it amazing!
Went for DESI COLD COFFEE and CHOCOLATE SHAKE. Both of them were good, but did not mesmerize, like the other dishes did. There was just too much sugar in both of them, but the taste was good. Chilled and refreshing.
To end our meal, we decided to go for BARISH WALE PAKORE, and also as it was raining outside! It would be the perfect combo when tagged along with their special cutting chai. The assorted pakoda basket, it contains variois types of pakodas served with the spicy green chutney. Rains, pakodas and tea, yet to find anything better then this!
So, Chaayos has been one of my favourites cafes/hangout place, which assures that it always has something better then the last time. I loved this visit, and hoping to try other outlet pretty soon!
Happy Burping!
