This place is on the ground floor of inorbit mall in cyber bad Hyderabad serving chai and light snacks for people leaving after shopping in the mall, decided to try their food out and pretty disappointed with their services. The seating area is open so nothing much to say about the ambience. First they took a lot of time to just take an order and preparation, yet the end result was not good. The ginger chai didn’t have any flavour of ginger in it, and the veg patty was oily and tasteless. Their poha tasted like the ready-to-eat mixes you get in the market for Rs. 50 except this was with awful bitter taste and way more expensive. Chai Point is a ripoff place serving low quality food at high rates, will never recommend it to anyone!
