Ashoka The Great - The Super Hero of Indian Epic

I am watching this mega serial from the beginning and I am one of its regular viewers. Its story is really very interesting and gives a nice synopsis about ancient Indian History. What a powerful and effective administration he had established within and beyond India’s present boundary. He has been called the Indian Alexander(Sikandar). Now a day’s the viewer’s choice is not confined only within the real story. They want some masala in story. In view of this, the producer have mixed the serial with love story, superficial story and some fictious story. No doubt the producer has done this to gain TRP, and this is the nature of the business in entertainment sector. In another way, if the producer would have not mixed the story then within a few episodes the story would have completed and the purpose of the producer could not be fulfilled. So it may be bothering us to see a story for a long time, and sometime we feel that the story is diverting from the main story. It is true, but the producer has showing its disclaimer at the starting of the serial regarding this. Whatever it may be, the story is telling about a person’s struggle to save and spread his throne beyond the Patliputra boundary, to establish Akhand Bharat and uniform administration. In my view the story is very good whether it is mixed or lengthy, after all we are watching the serial mostly for our entertainment.
