I placed my order month ago and they didn’t send any confirmation e-mail with sizes of embroidery and make very small sized logo on back of all the jackets, instead getting 1 sample approved first as they told, they did all jackets and forced me to make final payment and accept it as it is saying ma’am it looks classy, bigger size won’t look good. On persuasion for a long time, they agreed to print on back as they then informed that embroidery can’t be bigger in size which I doubt, anyhow, I agreed to that and although it costs less they are asking for additional charges.
They never cancel the order infact bring new ideas and schemes everytime you follow up and nothing good they provide for their mistakes.
I am planning to take it legal, if no resolution is provided or quality isn’t good if by chance I accept it. If anyone wants to join in please comment.
