Friends I am planning to purchase 30*40 land from CK Brad. They are telling it’s 4th phase only 19 sites are they are developing earlier that land is kept for park now they have given request to bmrda for exchanging of plans.
They left some space next to that for park and park place they are developing as 19 sites. Can I proceed with this.Someone please help me with this pls.
