We were suppose to stay in Munnar for 3 nights but just because of the excellent hospitality, service and the beautiful resort, we extended our stay one more night here!
The resort provides the best service one can ask for. I have never seen such anywhere in the country. It has a beautiful view and superb rooms. Located amongst Munnar’s tea garden, it has beautiful in house artificial waterfalls and the in house trekking around the waterfall is one of its kind. I have been to so many hotels across the country buy have never found such a team of staff members. We also happened to meet the owner of the resort during our stay who was an extremely humble person. Chef Nibu took excellent care of us along with Mr. Vipin, Mr. Johnson and also the reception manager Mr. Victor.
