I had purchased two full sleeve shirts from Charag Din for my dad’s b’day and we got the shirts delivered. We sent the shirt back to them for an exchange due to size incorrectness. None of them bothered to get back to us for the replacement items rather kept communicating with delayed responses on email and sent back two half sleeves different color shirts and all payments were made.
In addition they send an additional shirt which was full sleeve and actually what we ordered but I had to pay extra even though I already paid online. Lastly I met the customer executive at his shop n his boss started yelling and arguing with me over emails and service n blah blah. Spoilt brat of a rich family!
I walked off after having a heated argument and told him to keep the shirts and the shameless boss sends email explaining things like a fool. These ppl have a big brand but bad service quality.
