I had booked their service in Aug 2012 for my parents. Due to a medical emergency my parents couldnt attend the sep 21 tour and we asked for a reschedule / adjustment of advance on subsequent tours. My parents did not even attend the visa interview due to the above reason. The company has till date not done the following:
It quite contrarily give some foolish reasons each time you speak to them. e.g. email is not valid communication, people booked on tour should write to them(this was not valid when they took a cheque from me), etc.,
My relatives who traveled for a subsequent tour had to shell out some 50 K extra as he said that your VISA has not come, etc.,
These guys are here only to make unscrupulous gains.

THREE YEARS LATER.
Two Gentlemen from Chariot World Tours Limited seek an appointment, turn up at my office and REQUEST me to remove a review that I had posted on mouthshut in 2013 with regards to a tour booked by my parents with them.
I refused to remove and they then walk away saying that they can get their legal to file a police complaint against me for writing a negative review on mouthshut.
Some brands just dont understand customer service!
