Chef Corner is situated at Khun khunji road Lucknow, I have visited chef corner many times and I always had same problems and issues there. First if we talk about food and cuisines, there is a vast list of food available there like chinese, south indian, italian, burgers, sandwiches and all the items are mostly available in both veg and non veg categories so there are so much options from which you can choose. Chinese food is good at chef corner and tastes deliciously nice. But south indian dishes are not that good in taste if we compare to chinese items. Food is served nicely and neatly.
Moving to the ambiance, there is a good atmosphere there, TV set is there for entertainment purpose and place is fully air conditioned but I must say that sometimes AC does’nt work properly. Now the biggest drawback of Chef corner is, thier customer service is very bad if you don’t have enough free time plz don’t visit there because they take very much time to get your order done. Whenever I visited chef corner I faced the same problem everytime, they take so much of time to get you a simple burger or soup. Which is a very big demerit of the place. I hope they work on this point to improve thier brand value and image.
Talking about the price of the food, so I think chef corner is a little bit more expensive than it should be, food is costly and they charge alot in the name of service fee and after applying GST you will have to pay a good amount of money. I personally think they should cut off their prices which will help them gaining more customers.Last thing I want to add is if you are looking for a good place for having a delicious chinese meal and you have so much of extra time and money, you can visit there but please don’t choose chef corner if you are in a hurry.
