For work purpose I traveled in various places in India and also outside of India every time. In 2016, I was a schedule to go for work purpose and it was Kolkata to Chennai and Chennai to kolkata. I was shocked with the experiences what I received from this airport.Lot of crowds and airport system was really slow as per as other airport services. For emigration, there was a long queue and most importantly and bad things is that emigration officers were very rude. Their was no welcoming and professionalism. Their work process was very slow and their behavior was horible. I was shocked that moments.Shuttle bus service inside airport was also not good. Airport was not cleand and I don’t know what chemical they were used coz it was stinking. Only 3 to 4 small shop, and all overpriced.I will never recommend this airport to anybody. I was and still I am disappointed with this airport services.Horrible, unauthentic, unorganized and pathetic service I have ever seen !
