I booked Chennai packers and movers to shift luggages from Coimbatore to chennai. Initially for booking there was good response ( of course everyone will behave properly for getting business). I asked them many times if the goods will be delivered the next day. And they assured.
Based on their assurance I booked them. But they didn’t. After packing and loading the person demanded Rs.300 as tips. I have no other way other than to pay him, otherwise he may damage my goods.
The next day, I called the person in chennai, he said the vehicle didnt arrive. So I called the coimbatore persons(9840824011 , 9940023011) to check if the vehicle has started. But no one attended my calls.
I made nearly 80 calls to them(9940484011) but no one attended my calls. I checked the website of Chennai P&M, and I got one number(9790926011). I called that number, by gods grace that person attended my call. But he behaved as if he is the customer.
He behaved very rudely and didn’t treat the customer properly.
