I moved my things from Chennai to Bangalore and they promised next day delivery, they did not come one time and came in a small vehicle for packing the things... They dismantled everything including tables and chairs and told that for safe movement.
While booking they told that a separate vehicle will be used for transfer as it is next day delivery but, they did not do that. We reached b’lore next day and tried to reach out to Chennai packers and movers and they told the vehicle will come in the evening. Initially they promised that it will be delivered before 10 am. During evening we tried to reach them over 1000 times with different contacts and all they did not respond to the call just once they told that vehicle break down. I had a kid and left in a new place with no things to manage.
I got the things the day after but the people who came did not come with tools to assemble the dismantled things. They took a full cylinder of gas during transfer but replaced it with empty one. I tried a lot to reach out to them but no answer or compensation for any thing was given. Please don’t fall for this goons... They are the worst service ever.
You will never ever forget their worst experience through out your life time.
