I had used the service of Chennai Packers and movers and would like to brief about my experience.
About the company they are one among the packers and movers in country mostly serving the south india
The Name as Chennai Packers and movers I was carried away they would be reputed firm in chennai and It was the biggest mistake I did. And comparing to the cost its little less to the other packers and movers in the city. Hence I opted for thier service
I was relocating from Chennai(Royapettah) to Bangalore(Kalyan Nagar) and wanted to shift the household items using Chennai Packers and Movers.
Its was January 29th 2015 the Packers from the company came home and how they packed things were very unprofessional I mean items of mixed class on household were put in one box
like Kitchen inventory with gift articles .etc They dont take any of your advice . All the is that they work fast so that they can finish work at your house and move to the next house for packing
so they make more money.
Inspite of my disappontment the packers demanded money for thier job which is not suppose to be part of the service contract but inorder to handle my things safely I gave Rs.200 to each of the guys
The items were recieved in two days time to my house in bangalore .
I found article missing out of the 41 boxes there were only 40 boxes and the missing 1 box had new household items and also one Big wooden Show case was missing
I had made repeated calls to thier contacts in bangalore and also in chennai no action taken, I also contacted the person incharge on complaints Mr.Mahalingam in Chennai and
took a conference call with thier bangalore counter parts in bangalore still no action taken
I would say Chennai Packers and movers were totaly unprofessional in service and in handling customer responses
I would not recommend Them for any sort of service
