I am writing this note with a hope that all who have been cheated by these culprits will join me in teaching them lesson to value of Indian Consumer Law and Consumer Rights. I have been cheated in the similar fashion as u all have been.. They do not value their customer’s and the care a damn abt the law. And as long as we let this continue more and more consumers will be cheated.
I am one of those unfortunates how opted for their service. I wanted to send all my house holds worth 50k - 1 lac from Chennai to Bangalore. I was tricked by these cheap third rate criminals, they did not even give me a receipt or any proof of evidence, stating that’s how they usually transport they give you a booking no. and no hard copy of receipt (tats the biggest mistake tat I did, trusted those culprits). They took all my stuff on 16th June from Chennai. Till this moment I haven’t heard a word from them, they committed to deliver it the next business day as they did too u all. I call them they get rude with you and hang up. If you tell them you will go against them in court of law, they laugh at you.
Please join me, to raise voice against these kind of criminals, So they are eliminated completely before someone else is cheated. Pls form a forum, raise you voice. Walk with me to the consumer court. We can teach them a lesson.
