We have decided to shift from Chennai and we selected Chennai packers and movers due to competitive rates. But the service is the worst ever. The persons sent for packing were not professionals or employees there, the company just hired 4 north Indian labourers and sent them. They didn’t know anything in packing and were not packing properly.Why the heck they send north Indian people for packing in Chennai.?
Atleast they must have kept one local person for communication. There were no head person sent to control these four people. Most of them were standing simply without working. We had to shout at each of them to make them pack. Totally unprofessional. Also there is no single point of contact. Whenever we call the company, a different person picks up. No one is clearly giving proper information. After packing, the labourers do a strike for extra tips and not keeping furniture inside lorry till tips are given. The lorry location cant be tracked and they still say it will come, it will come !!
Overall this company doesn’t fit the name packers and movers. All they do is send some daily wage labourers for packaging, arrange a lorry and cost a hefty amount to the consumer. I am very irritated and frustrated. Chennai packers and movers doesn’t deserve the name packers and movers.
My advice is Never ever go for this seeing low cost.
