If you want to wait for delivery of your goods for 2-3 months, then go for it. We shifted our goods from Chennai to Kerala 1 month back. Received our goods in installments after repeated calling on phone. At first they said that you will receive your goods in 4-5 days. Then when we didn’t receive, we called the worker, he used abusive language and said that he doesn’t know anything and we should call the owner. Then we received the goods late at night at 11pm, with some other transport agency without even a single person to unload it, though at the time of the deal they said somebody will unload it in 2000-3000 rupees, and the extra charges they will pay(cheaters).
Next they didn’t bring the car and the mattresses, said it will be delivered in another 2-3 days. After waiting for 15 days and repeatedly calling car came a really dirty condition and was used around 1000km extra. Next we waited for 3 months for our new mattresses. Different excuses we got that they misplaced the bill or it is still in Coimbatore. Half of the times they wont pick up the phone, so finally we got the mattress then they asked for extra money to be paid. So this is the whole story.
