Being aware of the lack of reliability in these packing and moving companies, I was carried away by the reviews you’d got and the service you promise to offer. I’d been looking forward to see your professionals packing my stuff with professionalism and precision. So I opted for your service. But I understood that my decision was wrong when I faced several problems due to it. My packing experience was not so pleasing as your professionals didn’t seem to be experienced in this field at all. They seemed to be from some local marketplace. Though they were cooperative, they were not skilled enough to understand how to remove TV and computer cables and other accessories. They reacted so dump and I had to do all those tiring stuff myself. The next problem I faced was the manner in which your so called professionals packed. They were fairly quick in their packing, but not at all accurate. They grouped all the stuff in an unorganized manner.
They placed pillows with utensils, crockery with toys and did several other blunders. Also they left behind several stuff we required and packed the ones we asked them not to. In addition to all this, they were really annoying as they kept asking for money for breakfast, lunch and also for other unspecified requirements. Above all your policy of full payment before delivery is inappropriate. This leaves with the consumer no grip on your company. Talking about delivery, this is the worst part about CHENNAI PACKERS AND MOVERS. You are really irresponsible and your response to customers is really dissatisfying after payment of money. You just don’t seem to respond to our enquiries and phone calls after payment. You don’t even let us know the proper location of our goods and give us false claims relating to delivery date. Generally speaking, you are inaccurate, unaccountable, unreliable, not professional and not at all worth while.
