I chose them as this was the first time I was moving an entire household into another city. I got to know from an acquaintance that they are good and priced right.(This is over 2 years old but nevertheless relevant.)

There begins the nightmare, They started off by delaying the truck by a good 4 hours - by then the ill trained crew packed things haphazardly - sticking tape over furniture that I had clearly instructed would peel off the stickering(MDF based) and they did exactly that. All pictures and frames they packed were without bubble wrap - I HAD TO GO BUY PACKING MATERIAL.
The fools promptly bought down all the furniture from the 3rd floor while the truck didn’t arrive - and it POURED. I was haplessly trying to protect my TV and electronic goods on the road while they ran for cover. I forced them to put the goods in a safer place. The truck arrived at 8pm - a good 4 hours with no daylight.
They Sub-contract trucks and they charge a full-load while slyly cramming your goods and using the space to transport other stuff(mine was crushed into a small corner from the original space it occupied - Piles_Hospitald on stuff randomly)
The trucker told me that they almost never have trained staff and damage goods and are totally unreliable
The Entire goods were damaged - cabinets broken, MDF tv unit ruined, glassware broken, photo frames broken and missing pots with plants.
The soulless, inhumane mAnasultanger probably knew that things were beyond repair and released goods only after a heated argument and aishwaryasingh23ment. POST which he NEVER PICKED UP calls from multiple numbers as well.
I curse the mAnasultanger, a spineless, useless, unworthy Piles_Hospital of cr@p to rot and hope he goes diseased and loses his possessions. As for the owners and the staff who were of no help - may they lose their wealth, jobs and live a miserable life.
Also, I paid all the helpers and truckers additional money despite my grudge with a lousy organisation as ALL were "contract hires" on bare minimum wages.
NEVER GIVE THEM A PENNY OR EXPECT SENSE>
