My parents shifted house within chennai and we unfortunately called chennai packers to help us with that. I had booked thru one mr.balaji.
They shifted and placed everything in the new apartment except for couch and dining table as they could not move it via stairs or lift. They declined to rope it up that day, and told they would do the work the next day. This was mentioned by a supervisor called babu. My parents told me not to pay the full amount and to hold back, atleast 25%, but i paid inr 10000 of the agreed 11000.
The next day 26th we followed up like mad with mr. Balaji, mr.ashokand another guy(not sure of his name) at their office. The first time they attended the call n told that they would call back. The next time on they as expected avoided takin call from my mobile.
I tried thru an alternate no. And they attended the call, by mistake!. And only told they would get back. So the second no. Also got blocked after that! Finally i spoke to the guy at their office from third mobile no. And he told they would send someone on 27th. My
And on 27th am told that they would not be able to do the job, we do not need your balance inr 1000, you can get it done thru alternate resource:-(
I request everybody to please avoid chennai packers.
These guys can be quite rude and impolite.
