This is my first review on Mouthshut and it feels nice to be able to write a positive review after reading all the negative ones:) I have got transferred from Chennai to Hyderabad.
Too many players in the market with too many variations in price and service. Some were rude, some were not professional and the big players like Agarwal Packers and Movers were damn expensive, so I was looking for some other packer.
Then my friend recommend to try Trueway Packers & Movers as he had hired them earlier.I was little bit worried. I had went to there website and filled an online quotation form and I had got the quotation by online it self.
I don’t to take any risk as my previous experience was pathetic so I didn’t check any other Packers & Movers Company a part from Trueway Packers & Movers to avoid any kind of confusion. I had finalised the deal after some negotiation about rate and the packing team had arrived at given date and time and done a very good packing and loaded my entire goods in a close container very carefully and After 2 days I received my stuff on given time without any damage.
They unloaded and brought the items to my flat. They did all the unpacking except for a few cartons of clothes and books which we wanted to do personally. All the items were in good order. They also did fitting of my bed and tables. Put a couple of scratches while fitting the bed. Everything was completed by 4.30 PM. All in all, I would say a pretty satisfying experience. But it was mostly tension-free experience for me.
