Today I traveled from chrompet to guindy, via GST, at Airport by Morning 8.50 am, I crossed the red light with out noticing it, and caught by Police men. They want 100 Rupees bribe, or pay 350 in the court, i said I will pay 350 in the court give me the challan, for that he is saying then you stop and hand over your vehicle keys go to court and get back your vehicle after paying the fine. show the proff of paying the fine.
I want to know whether what they are saying is correct ?.
In my presence it self 3 peoples payed 100 each and left.They are not giving any bill for the fines. All are gong to their pocket.The SI name is G.Ganasekaran.
I want readers reply and advice of what I can do when they are not giving the Bill for the fine. and whether they are authorized to detain the vehicle for this kind of violations also.
