I have been a Cherrinet customer for three years, but the service I received has been consistently poor. The customer service team takes a long time to connect, and internet speed drops significantly after recharging. Despite multiple notifications, the speed remains slow. It’s frustrating that they don’t seem to care about their customers. I expect timely solutions and reliable service. Cherrinet needs to improve their service to satisfy their valued customers.
