Last Saturday (13-09-2025) midnight my internet was disrupted. Still on today (17-09-2025) not rectified. Technicians are not even picking my call. Technical engineer’s phone number is always either busy or ringing and unattended. I am in Chennai, Sholinganallur area. I brought this new connection only two weeks back. Router provided by them is also old one. Cherrinet have one of the worst technical and adminstrave team.
