This is one of the worst hospitals we have visited. It is important to provide quality care. The process needs to be streamlined, the staffs(nurse, lab technicians, receptionists) have such a bad attitude, I think they do not like the organization and this inturn is reflecting in the work they do.
The patients are asked to wait for hours just because reception guys have to do data entry, I have been there 4 times thinking things will be different, but everytime its the same attitude and process issue. the doctors are the only asset the organization has but it fails in terms of other staffs. Such issues need to be bought to management notice if not the system will end up being an ordinary government hospital.
