When I bought this Chevrolet (1.4 LS Limited Edition) from a Hero Honda Employee, I had in my mind the glorious past of General Motors. After reading the reviews, I feel, I am in same boat. Whenever the service is due, it is most traumatic to me because these service people believe in changing all the parts without even seeing them. Labour bill is exorbitant. After servicing I end up spoiling my mood for a week at least. Infact Maruti is number one not because of advertising, it is because of customer mouth referring. Now I am in a fix, If I think of selling this car, I am getting nothing. I genuinely advise to readers don, t go for this brand. Following are the problems I am facing.
Servicing outside is not possible.
Spare parts are not available and very expensive not suit to Indian mentaility.
If car breaks down, no Mechanic is ready to touch it.
Service quality is very poor because of no competition. Outside option is not available, that is why monopoly is there
I feel seller would be felling relieved after selling his car to me.
