My Letter to GM as usual no action: This is never ending story of writing you mail about problem with my car. This mail is again about problem with my Chevy Aveo which is in bad condition from the start i.e the day I purchased it. This is about the Aveo performance with AC on specially in very hot day. In summer, as soon as I switched on the AC, car’s dynamics changes drastically and lot of vibration and shaking in the steering wheel, it also hesitate to move specially in bumper yo bumper traffic. As per my observation problem got worse on the super hot days, don’t know why. I thought either the GM put the substandard parts or defective car is sold to me (You can check my service history to believe me).
I told this thing several time to GM dealer Aravali Motors in Gurgaon and even today I visited the them and requested to look into the matter, they took the problem promptly and discarded it same manner after 20KM of test drive with excuse that we can not help you in this as this problem is with each and every Chevy Aveo (I think that’s why sale of aveo come to mere 70 units per month ).
Then I took third person opinion by visiting the workshop near to my office, they found problem with the AC compressor bearing. They told me AC compressor bearing is jam so engine has to do some extra effort to revolve that bearing (seems logical).
I also raised the same problem at public forum but no one looked into it.

Please do not force a person to sell off his car in this way who have invested too much. I need that some one from GM with sound technical expertise look into this problem and resolve it. I again request you please do not forward this mail to some other dealer unless and until someone from the GM is not looking into it.
