I recently buy Chevy Beat Diesel LS after long review of various manufacturers. My criteria are the reliability & mileage. Chevy committed mileage of 24* to 25* kmpl. Current fuel prices increasing scenario this would be the best option for me.
Though I obey all certain conditions to get the desired mileage i.e. not more than 80 KMPL speed & I always on good roads. (I am in Gujarat, Vadodara). Till Date I crossed more than 2500 kms & after all I never get more than 20 w/o AC. Engine is also very under powered.
Secondly worst experience with the dealer, at the time of delivery my vehicle already shows ODO running of 72 KMS. On asking about they started rolling nuisance answers. Bill break up is also not provided by them till date.
Chevy worked very well on engine vibrations & interior plastic quality, if Chevy improve on the engine power considering relative mileage to power ratio & after sales service, Beat diesel will be the game changer in the respective segment.
