We bought Beat PS, Petrol on 5th Jan 2014 from Metro Chevrolet which is in Vasantkunj. I am very much satisfied with the car. Its interior is very good, it’s a very spacious car and very comfortable.But sorry to say that Metro Dealers are a big cheaters and big liars.
I suggest others not to go there. Plz if u all are planning to buy a car than plz don’t even think to go to any branch of METRO Chevrolet dealer whether its Vasantkunj branch or Safdarjung. All their staffs, managers are there to cheat the customers and for making money..
Once you will be cheated and if you complaint than also they will not accept their fault. Infact they don’t make any fault its preplanned cheating which they commit with every customers. Firstly they will attract you with different offers, same was done with us also they attracted us and then after cheated us."
Ms Manisha and Mr.Durgesh: they talked very sweetly with us always talk about the trust and reationship but after than they will deny to recognize you. They told us that they will arrange the finance from the bank at the ROI of 10.75%.
We got all the documents in which it was written 10.75% interest which was signed by Mr Rohit Popli, Auto loan manager of metro dealers will be paid from us but after one month when we got the bank documents there it was written that the ROI is 11.50%
We called Manisha, and were surprised to hear her answer. She told us that whether you go to manager or the director you can do nothing. Then we complained to Chevrolet customer care, and my complaint no. is 1746138.
They told us that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hrs. After that we got a call from Mr Popli, Auto loan manager. He told us for a meeting. Next day only we went there but that useless guy was sitting there to protect his staff.
We got a loan of Rs 295850 but he is calculating the EMI’s on Rs 3 lacs. Why we will pay on Rs 3 lacs if we haven’t got that much of loan. Only kept giving excuses.
All the staff are there to cheat the customers and then their managers duty are to misguide the customers. He also asked for 2 days to resolve but after two days also he didn’t called us and when we called him.
He is not even bother to pick his phone. After calling 3 to 4 times he picked up the phone and told us that "Hum khaali nahi baithe hain." Now I am fed up of calling these idiots and now I am planning to go consumer court.
I am having all the documents signed by them and certainly they are going to face lots of problem. If my complaint will not resolve move to court. Please buyers dont go to Metro Chevrolet for even inquiring about any car.
