I have got delivery on 14/04/2010 of my new Chevy Beat from GALLOPS MOTOR PVT. LTD., Sarkhej Gandhi nagar highway, Ahmedabad

In details, I have booked my New Chevy Beat from Gallops Motor, Vijay Cross Road branch, Ahmedabad. As there was very huge gap in accessories price I had decided not to fit this from the dealer which we have already intimated. Now, on delivery time I got a call from your people stating that your Car is ready with all accessories like mag wheels and all despite of big No for the same. Instead of committed time and place of delivery, it was delayed about an hour and we need to take Car from Sarkhej Branch instead of Vijay Cross Road branch as committed before.
This is not over. There is BIG trouble in car is AC which was not working at ALL, I dont know is there any policy from Chevrolet people to have check the car before delivering it or NOT. Again there was noise coming from front wheels.
After compaints, They have taken the car from my home and saying that they have fix the AC problem but still AC is not giving good cooling effect. they have register my car with RTO without taking my Approval
I think the whole process of Chevrolet have some major problem starting from Sales people to Delivery and after sales and supports and now I have already register complaint in Consumer court.
At last, I can only say if you have choice then better you go for I10 or RITZ.
