After buying my first GM vehicle I would only like to say to those who are planning to buy car is that don’t buy spark coz this vehicle has got very noisy engine, it misses very often. infact, my car is still at the workshop and it’s been around a week now.
The reason of my disappointment is GM’s behavior towards their customer and their service managers doesn’t know anything in detail about their product. Let me tell you why.
I’ve gone 4 times for the same problem to GM workshops and the problem was that my car was stopping at low speed. And they’ve just adjusted the clutch for the first two times saying that now your car will be absolutely fine. But nothing got ok.
Rest of the 2 experiences were even pathetic. The other two times the service manager did some scanning of the engine and found nothing. so, again the said that we’e done the scanning and thieving is fine. so, don’t worry now everything is fine. but the’ve trippled my problem.
I dont know what that guy did my car started stopping at the speed of 60. this is ridiculous. and the fifth time they’ve replace one part. Just imagine how careless they are. but this time another problem cam up as well. so I have two major problems now. thanks to GM.
the worse things about GM are:
1.) GM service people will never understand you and they never accept that there is a problem in your car. they just feel that customers are dumb people.
2.) GM feels that their customers has no personal life as well as professional life. infact I feel that they just dont bother about their customers. they just can call you and do nothing.
3.) GM can only help you in increasing your phone bills, tensions and worries. forget about customer satisfaction.
That’s so less but I am tired now. finally, i’ll just say that if u areplanning to buy a car simply close your eyes and go for a maruti vehicle or any other brand atleast dont opt for GM vehicles.
