I can now call myself a proud owner of Spark (LS) (after waiting for more than one year to decide about which car to purchase). I have bought this under the festive offer scheme and availed Rs. 45000/- discount. Unlike in other cities, I got the delivery of car with in 10 days (as promised). When I went for tesr drive (after seeing the adv), my first impression after the test drive was I did not like the car as much as I expected it to be. I even tested UVA and found it the same. Later after seeing all pros and cons I found it the best option available. When I got the delivery of the car and drove it out from the showroom, I found it very different while driving. I think the driving experience was difffer because of the condition of test drive car was not as good as my new one. It also makes a lot of difference if the car u r driving for test ride is well maintained or not. Moreover one should get the feeling of a new car while taking a test ride. Which I did not find while the test drive. I have noted this number of times that most of the people do drive very rash at the time of test drive and this makes car little tough to drive and most of the times u do not get the feeling of driving a new car.
Now let us come to the feedback. I found the car very quite, the chassis is also best in its class. The position of instrument panel is very new and attractive and helpful for a clear view. The front interior gives an impression of driving a high end car. Tubeless tyre a first in its class. Overall a very peppy car, easy to drive in city like Delhi. The back area is surprisingly even bigger than Santro. There are no head rest in the back which can be painful for long drive. The boot space is also very small (The biggest negative point of the car) also the view while reversing the car is not good which can be a problem for a short height person like me.
My recommendation is to just go for it and have a Spark in your life.
