First of all ..lemme tell u..its really a wonderful car giving u worth of ur money! I have booked a spark ls from pashupati dealers Assam on 16th Oct during its 50k offer.......n now wen I asked them about the delivery..they told it wont be possible before mid december... :’( due to heavy unexpected spark bookings...! although earlier they committed to deliver it in not more than 20 days..!! n all above this..i made a draft in the name of the dealer :((
Can anybody tell me wat can I do in such a situation...should I write a complaint to GM about the dealer?...i mean 20 days and 2.5 months are hell lot of different yaar!
When they cant stand-by their commitment than atleast they should pay back some interest on the booking amounts?..like the maruti has declared to give 18% interest per annum on the booking amount if the delivery extend beyond committed period!
