I went to see the Chevrolet Spark after seeing the ad in newspaper about Rs.3.09 lakh only.... but felt really sad and disheartened to hear when the dealer told me the exact price, dont be shocked to hear its top end model with regsitartion is 4.50 lakhs.... OOOOH I said. And when I asked him about why they mentioned only 3.09 lakhs as introductory offer, he said, it will be only vehical and engine and seats.... NO AC, No power steering and No power windows and YES less of dicky space, I mean what I said... yes there are 2 variants if spark. One is with less space and one with extra space.... not much difference in price though....
Ok lets talk more on the loooks and the drive. Yes looks is killing but haven’t you seen this car before, you are right bingo its reflection of DEAWOO MATIZ, but I had read in some articles that DEAWOO was once owned by GM. Now as maruti introduced ZENE ELITE, so GM wanted someting to compete....
Now thats OK but the overall look and the space inside is cool, even the AC design is good enough, Only bad thing is its price so if only GM would bring down their car price to something around 3.50 lakh TOP DOWN model... this would create ripples in the market. Yes they have made it look good and because its of General Motors its reliable, but if you wanna really want Chevrolet vehicle, then go for AVEO UVA, which is priced 4.5 lakhs TOP END model and its too good in space and has a feeling of BIG car....
But guys and grls, above 4 lakhs, its not worth buying SPARK...
