Chevy Spark was booked giving a full downpayment for a price agreed upon and in writing on the form filled. The dealer Sundaram enchased the cheque first and two days later mentioned that the particular car was not available when at at the time of full payment he mentioned it would be delivered in a matter of one weeks time.
Inspite of numerous complaints to GM and Sundaram there was a lack of committment from them and I would need to pay an additional amount to take buy the car now that the new lot had a different interior colour at a higher price of 7800/-. Knowing well that I had lost by giving the amount and would loose each day on interest I was forced into accepting the increase.
The discount initially bargained for is thus lost, which leaves a sour taste in ones mouth.
In The End Just A Good Car Is Not Enough The Lack of Ethics and Proffessionalism of The Dealer Might Cost You Not only extra Money but A Very Painful time which spoils the special moment of bring home a new car.
The first service has left dirt marks inside the car. Sundaram should really learn servicing /cleaning from some top Maruti Dealers.
