I was looking for a small family car & zero down to Spark - dealer promised me delivery on 16th with a 13500/- package to convert PS model to LS but when I called up on 15th - was informed that they can only provide car without the package - than on 16th they mentioned that next day they will take vehicle for registration as its not registered yet so I had to take delivery without the proper registration no. on a temp. no. when I asked one of the person at dealer that why one part where seat belt of rear passenger attached is open & visible to anyone - its really looks horible as if something is missing. That guy mentioned that company had not put anything at that part?
Hope GM guys taking a note. Than when I took delivery there were no petrol in the vehicle so I went to petrol pump next to dealer & put Rs. 500/- worth of fuel in it & came back to my place which is in Andheri. Next day their guy came & took the vehicle for the accessory fitting & promised me to return it on19th with reg. no. & fittings but on 20th when I called them up they said they dont have any driver to deliver the vehicle but later they arranged it as they promised to send vehicle to me after all paper work. When I saw the fuel it was showing empty & flash light was blinking. They said vehicle had done only 68 kms. - if thats correct than car gave me an average of 6 to 7 kms per litre as I had put appx. 10 ltrs of petrol. Something which really pissed me off with service of dealers that NO ONE CAN TRUST THEIR WORDS. If this is the case - than dont know what will happen to their promise of no maintenance for 3 years.

Used half empty Cold drink bottle & Food particles found inside the vehicle at the time of delivery.( Photos Available)
Battery wire was not attached to battery & came out just after delivery which was fixed by me after calling them up for help.
Not keeping their words till date about any single thing.
Very unprofessional & hell care attitude of management even though staff is trying hard to meet the ends.
Call me if any doubts or anybody wants to discuss the matter from GM - GM please focus on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION to go for a record sell figure or to stay in competition.
Would always love to discuss the matter with GM representative any time.
