Hello Guys, I live in Lucknow, and I love food especially sweets. That’s why I tried most of the sweet shops in Lucknow. One of the famous sweet shop is Chhappan Bhog, situated in Cant Area Sadar bazaar. well guys go through my review I tell you the reality of the sweets in Chhappan Bhog.
Food and Presentation- Well guys in this store you will be having high rated sweets. Even ordinary laddus you will have to pay thousand of rupees. they claim that all sweets are made with Pure desi ghee, but its not the reality. they just mix desi ghee in vegetable oil and claim it pure desi ghee. But they demand very high price. Like if you buy cashew sweets from the store, it will cost you 1000 rupees that you can easily get in 800 rupees with same quality any where. Yea presentation is ok but they include cost of presentation in the sweets.
Ambience- Well guys Sadar Bazaar is very much crowdy area. So you have to face heavy traffic going to the shop. Ambience is not upto the mark as all the time customers are standing there and you can’t talk to shop employees properly. very noisy area.
Customer Service- Dear all, it has become now brand, so they don’t need you. their employees don’t care about you as there are so much wrapped up with their packing work. Guys they get orders in bulk now, so 1 kg or 2 kg sweets they don’t care. employes are rude there. I never visit there.
Value for money- Well guys in Chhappan bhog sweets are very much expensive, so if you have a lot of money, please visit the store but if you are a middle class family, don’t go there. you will not be going to get any other quality what you assume. Thank You
