I’m residing in Chhattisgarh since 2014 and I’m currently residing in Katghora Chhattisgarh which is just 32KM away from Korba, a city which is a hub for electricity production in Chhattisgarh and the belt in which I’m residing is known as Zero Power Cut Zone in the government books but the reality is totally opposite. There are a lot of power cuts in Katghora and during the peak of summer season the power cut is even for 10-12 hours. The officer in charge Mrs. Sadhana Bhagat doesnt even lift the calls of the customers and the staff at the sub-station doesn’t even listen to the pleads of the consumers and answers in a casual manner. We filed a complaint at the collectorate and even to the local MLA, but these are just temporary solutions and after a few days they do the same thing. Chhattisgarh government should look into the matter as a lot of people are facing problem.
