I felt like Chicago was a very colorful and exuberant. There was constantly something going on and the cast of characters were perfect for the part. The dialogue was colloquial and appropriate for the era. The costumes and makeup were also well thought out. The songs were original and well planned. The music was brilliant. Iwould see this movie again and again. Nothing like original music and an all star cast. This movie was extremely exciting. The plot was recognizeable although sometimes strayed from but it was made up for with the performances of the cast. The movie kept your mind busy and drew you into the action and drama. I mostly wanted to see this movie becuase of Richard Gere but after seeing it I had new found respect for all the members of the cast. I like them all now, even Catherine-Zeta Jones. I was glued and now I’m hooked.
