A WORTH SEE MOVIE

When another sreenivasan film hit the hoardings I was pretty sure of my choice for the next weekend movie. And ofcourse, it did rise to my expectation with its superb performances, bold theme and humorous presentation. The movie, as most other movies from sreenivasan gives reason to thought after a good laugh.

Sreenivasan has once again proved to be a good director and an equally outstanding actor through his very down to earth portrayal of a man who is too shy to face the world... he tries to run away from his responsibilities, no because he doesnt love his family, but just because he feels ’’the world is too much on him’’. coated with the laughing gas, he in his very special way, he puts forward a real picture of a very ordinary man, who is no where near the super heros the silver screen always project.

Shyamala, the central character (played by sangeetha) more or less reminded me of Nora of the ibsen play ’’the doll’s house’’. She is more or less a stereotypical house wife who defends her husband in anything and everything he does even in spite of her worries and concerns. She doesnt want others to laugh at him for his escapism and like. She tries her best to rise to the situation and manage the home, in which she succeeds towards the end of the film. She takes control of the home and manages it well by running a small household indistry.

Anyway, I am not going into the details of the plot as it would kill the suspence of those who are interested in seeing it, and I would say - YES, GO SEE IT!!

In toto, its a good movie, with its excellent performances, the ’’really realistic’’ jokes and above all, a different and extremely positive theme which makes sure the viewers are with it as the movie goes on.
