I love to add vinegar to the fried items because it is good for the health and also gives good taste for the food, but the chings chili vinegar is not good it made the food greasy and the taste is also some what bitter it ruined the taste of the fried rice . its price is very high compared to the other brands but the quality is poor. price is not the issue but it would be better if they provide the good quality product so that they worth the money. I thing it is not pure one, I also tried it in the soups it is also not good so I am not recommending this chings vinegar to anybody.
