Yesterday I bought Chings Schezwan Chutney. Ever since instant noodles got dropped from our menu, I have been trying to perfect traditional Hakka noodles. But, it never has that Chinesey taste!
So, I used Chings Schezwan Chutney yesterday to make stir-fried veg. Hakka noodles. And, it was a success! Yay!
Kids loved it( kisses and promises to be good followed).
Today, I tried it as a topping for Dosa. Just mixed it with some onions and tomatoes. And, presto! Another yummy dish! This product is a keeper!
