I went to this hospital for my regular checkup with my father. I was new in Bangalore and thus didn’t knew which hospital is better for me but I decided to go to this hospital as it was very close to my house. But I was highly disappointed with their service as they are very unorganized in their work and also there is lack of staffs for certain jobs due to which they take so much time for every work.
Infrastructure: The hospital is looking quite good from outside and it seemed that it is well maintained by its owners. But as soon as you will enter this hospital you will see the real condition of this hospital as there is no proper management of maintaining hygiene in the hospital and also not sufficient chairs for the waiting patients.
The waiting lounge was very small and thus there was very rush in there. There was no lift for the common people and you have to use stairs for going to the 4th floor.
Medical Care: The medical care facilities of this hospital are quite average and there is not much to be appreciated.
Most of the medicines prescribed by doctors were not present in the hospital’s medical shop and you have to purchase it from outside. In any case of an emergency that could be the difference between living and death.
Staff Attitude: The staffs of this hospital are very rude and misbehaving. They just don’t know how to talk with patients and seems emotionless. They don’t listen to anyone’s problem and just ignores them, no matter how much important that topic is. They are not ready to help anyone unless it’s an emergency. I was highly disgraced from their staff’s behavior and attitude.
