I have very bad experience with Doctor Meenakshi in CMH hospital. She is child specialist in CMH hospital. My kid was suffering from fever past 5 days when I met with Meenakshi.
I explained to her, we used Paracetamol and antibiotic syrup which had suggested by one of the general physician, but my kid is not cured from fever and we observed there is some infection in mouth. So, we need the treatment to reduce viral infection which is tonsils.
But, she is did not see the mouth and she asked to continue same syrups which I had used earlier and she suggested around 3000/- blood and urine tests. Some of tests are typhoid, dengue fever, malaria etc.
We already explained to her that this was viral infection fever. Dr. Meenakshi in CMH hospital is very worst doctor, she never listen the patient. She scared me and asked to do all tests. I have done all blood/urine tests as she suggested and test results are showing some infection by CPR test. But, after seeing the test reports, Dr, Meenakshi asked to my son to be admitted in hospital because the antibiotic syrup which I used is not possible to cure this infection. So, she need to inject the high dose anti-biotic by syringe.
We felt very bad and we came for just viral infection fever and she should be suggest some good medicines to cure that. I observed that, she won’t listen what we are saying. She will tell irrelevant things to patients and finally scare the patients.
Also, she won’t respond to our questions clearly and has a very rude behavior. She will talk very fast and no one can follow her and she wont repeat also if we ask again. I never saw this attitude type of doctor till now.
Finally, I met another doctor and he preferred some medicine by seeing the nose and mouth. He said, these infection can be find any one by seeing the mouth/nose. It is not required to test CBC, CPR, Dengue, Typhoid tests for viral infection.
So, finally it is very bad experience with Meenakshi in CMH hospital. I do not recommend to her any time in your life. I did not understand how CMH management is not taking any action against her.
