Bad quality sweets

I recently purchased some dhodhas burfi from chintamani, jhilmil, east delhi. I bought 8 boxes of dhodha burfi as a part of celebrating a good news. I distributed the sweets in HCL office and to my relatives. The quality of the sweets was very bad. In just two days, there was some green colour formation on the sweets, may be fungus formation and this happened with all. My relatives keep the sweets refrigerated and my office staff had some in their drawers. They all faced the same problem.

I really felt with the quality of sweets, I was given. I felt ashamed in chosing their sweets as I had to deal with a lot of shame and discouragement. I always thought that chintamani was a good name in sweets or namkeens but I was wrong as they never care for hygiene and people health. That was the last time, I made a purchase from chintamani and I will recommend my friends and my office mates, never to go for chintamani. They can try sweets from hawkers or tea stalls. I am sure even their quality is better. When I called cintanamani, jhilmil regarding the sweets, they didnt have the courtesy to say sorry, instead they said that they will be unable to do anything about it. I wrote an email to chintamni, still no reply from them.

Moral: Don’t buy anything from chintamani, they care for their money, not for their customer’s health.

A Dissatisfied customer,
