I was working as a teacher at Chirec for Grade 4 and it was the most horrible working experience of my life. The working environment is horrible with the management being extremely sadist in their approach. They would call you for full working days on Saturdays with none of the faculty having any work to do.Also on national holidays, teachers were expected to work otherwise their salary was deducted.
The management loved delaying the work of the teachers, so that the teachers could carry the work home. They absolutely have no respect for a teacher’s personal life. ’They also have lot of politics in school. My personal recommendation is that dont join the school as a teacher. Its like a horrible nightmare working with Chirec and deframing such a noble profession. .
