YE REVIEW KUN ?
--------------------------
Food is in the air mainly due to Adityas various reviews are dancing here from time to time (hope Aditya excuses me for saying so). Secondly, I found there is no review on my favourite item yet, so let me be first on it. Forgive me if this makes you hungry if you are yet to take lunch. Actually, there are many quality restaurants in Pune visited by undersigned and yet remained to be scrutinised. For the time being, take a small break and thank me for not writing on some decorative restaurant or Unlimited Thali restaurant atleast now.
TWO QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS-
-----------------------------------------
Come on girls and boys, let me ask you two questions. Have you visited Pune? Have you tasted durable spicy speciality of Pune? Ok. tired with long question? I will explain it. A small rolled spicy item, delicious in taste, what is that? I cant hear you. what ? You got to know it ? Ys., right. It is called Bakarwadi, made of wheat floor for outer crispy cover and some spices inside to taste. It is a durable deep fried crispy item and you can eat it for eight days if at all you can resist yourself from finishing the packet.
WHERE TO GET IT-
----------------------------
Whenever we get guests, we visit Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale near Mahatma Phule Mandai (Fresh Veg./fruits market) area on Bajirao Road, Pune and bring Bakarwadi packets which they miss otherwise. Even my grown-up kids just left home and live out of Pune demand for it whenever they visit on vacation. Actually it is available at Chitale bandhus any outlets, at Desai Bandhus shops or even at some nice grocery shops. It comes in nice presentation packets too to gift..
FINALLY-
----------------
Friends, whenever Maharashtrian Desi or his/her friends/relatives living abroad happen to come Pune, they remember nothing but Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwales Bakarwadi to be brought. It is most demanded item and all time favourite esp.for Maharashtrians. Other states ppl. are advised to try it, they would like to repeat eating it. Even non-Indians can try this but may find it bit spicy. So, friends, try it and your feedback is most welcome as usual.
