Malt is the cheapest type of thing available to make a energy drink. consuming too much malt will lead you to constipation issues. the weird thing is that the AD about horlicks in the UK says that it promotes sleep and makes you sleep peacefully.
But in India the same company is advising that the same product makes ppl active energetic and healthy. what a contradiction by the company itself.... As you know malt is not that easily soluble in milk. u must have observed while mixing it.. .yuck wat a pathetic taste man. plz don’t waste time buying it...
