I would recommend this site…
I am working as a marketing head of a good IT company in Bangalore. We normally ask travel agent to provide a good hotel deal for staying in various cities abroad while going for business meeting. We normally pays them quickly for the services. Suddenly in September 2008 I got to know about this site and I checked the rates we paid to our agent last month. The shows almost 50% rates for the hotel that we had already paid to the agent. I called up the agent and ask for this. He says that sites normally charge higher what they promised or shows on site.
I gave a try to this site in my trip was in October 2008 and I book my stay in Seattle for 3 days for 2 adult. I was having a keen eye what they are charging from my card. I paid them online and I called up my credit card company for the confirmation.
My bank says that my card has been charged the same amount what I had paid actually. Then I called up the hotel to confirm the details and it was all well their. They had my details which were confirmed. I got the confirmation email as well. Everything was so quick and exact. I am impressed. Since that time I have not called up that agent.
I am happy with this site.
