I experienced worst service in my life. Been visited to Jaipur chokhi dhani, after listening from many people and ads on 15th Sep. 2008.
But need to say after paying so much entry fees you will not get a service equal to a road side dhaba, Road side dhaba people treat you 10 time better then chokhi dhani.
Wait for dinner in queue for 80 minutes, If you know that you cant server much people then why you selling tickets to unlimited.
When we were in Food court for there were 2 Waiters to serve almost 14 people. All people were in extreme anger due to a long delay. There were one lady shouting like any thing and their waiters to please her started to serve her and her family only. Rest 2 families which sitting in same row were totally ignored.
Those 2 waiters serving only that family, and we and one other family there left like we came as beggers in there. 20 Minutes no single chappati served. In the end we all decide to leave the place. We gone outside and find another hotel for food.
When we approached manager at that food court to put on complain, he was just gigling, dont have any answer, same thing at main counter, no one was ready to take a written complain.
Food quality: below average, If you looking for Rajasthani Food, this is not at all the place. You will get 100 time better food in other places in Jaipur.
Beware, you pay 1st a good entry fees, then inside they charge again for all the things.
I will just rate this for 1 point for good abiance rest all there is worst. It is just a OVER RATED place.
